Terms of Service

1. What Witteo is
A platform that gives each registered business an AI sales agent: it talks to their leads, recommends products from their catalog, and builds orders — always with human approval at first contact and at close.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for having a legal basis to contact every lead you add (your own opt-in or a prior business relationship). We never use your data to prospect on your behalf without your explicit instruction.
3. Acceptable use
Not allowed: scraping contacts, buying lists, cold outreach without a legal basis, or using the agent to make promises your Playbook prohibits. See our per-channel legal compliance policy.
4. The agent is AI — limits
The agent can make mistakes or misread a conversation. That's why first contact and every sale's close require your approval (you can turn this off at your own risk). The agent always identifies itself as AI to leads.
5. Plans and billing
The published plans (Starter, Sales Agent, Business) reflect our target pricing. Real billing isn't active yet — we'll announce it in advance before charging begins.
6. Ownership of your data
Your leads' data and conversations belong to you. You can export them or ask us to delete them at any time (see Privacy Policy).
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee a formal SLA at this stage of the product.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel your account anytime. No long-term contract.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We're not responsible for business decisions made from the agent's conversations — you keep control at the approval checkpoints.
10. Governing law

11. Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes, we'll announce them on the site before they take effect.
